NerveRepack at EFECS 2024

On December 5th and 6th, 2024, Carmen Moldovan and Bogdan Firtat participated in the European Forum for Electronic Components and Systems (EFECS 2024), hosted in Ghent, Belgium. This prestigious annual event serves as a hub for innovation, collaboration and networking in the field of electronic components and systems, bringing together industry leaders, academics, policymakers, and funding bodies. EFECS 2024 showcased the Chips JU’s mission to address key societal and industrial challenges through innovative ECS solutions, fostering collaboration and strategic autonomy across the EU. As part of the event, more than 50 European research projects were invited to present their results in the Sensors and Devices exhibition, attended by over 700 visitors.

At the NerveRepack booth, our colleagues presented the project's latest developments, including its innovative approach to advanced medical solutions for implantable devices, prostheses and exoskeletons. Our booth attracted significant interest from various stakeholders, providing opportunities for in-depth discussions with industry experts, researchers and potential partners. EFECS 2024 offered an invaluable platform to showcase the project’s impact, gain feedback from peers and explore future collaboration opportunities within the European research ecosystem.
