Turin Meeting

Consortium Meeting at Politecnico di Torino, June 2024

It’s been only one year since NerveRepack has started, but our team already fabricated the first implantable devices, prosthesis and exoskeleton components, electronic modules and performed numerous biocompatibility tests. Everything was showcased and discussed during the third face-to-face General Assembly at Politecnico di Torino, in June 2024.

During two days, the current stage of the project and the ongoing tasks were discussed in general sessions, for all the workpackages. Dedicated technical sessions covered the technical topics for different components of the project, like sensors, implantable electronics, mecatronic demonstrators (exoproshesis and exoskeleton) and electronic control blocks.

The hosts, professors Danilo Demarchi and Paolo Motto Ros, offered a tour of the laboratories showing several research projects they coordinate.
